Product Types: Double-layered oil tanks can be divided into three main categories based on their structural forms.
1. SF Double-Layer Oil Tank (Inner layer Q235 carbon steel structure, outer layer glass fiber layer)
2. SS Double-Layer Oil Tanks (Inner and Outer Layers: Q235 Carbon Steel Structure)
3. FF Double-Wall Fuel Tanks (Inner Layer: Glass Fiber Reinforcement; Outer Layer: Glass Fiber Reinforcement)
Product Features: Safe and Environmentally Friendly
Double-walled storage tanks: If the inner tank leaks, gas or detection fluid under pressure within the double wall will enter the normal-pressure inner tank; the pressure or liquid level in the double wall will change, triggering an audible and visual alarm. If the stored liquid leaks into the double wall, as the outer tank remains intact, the liquid will not leak out. Therefore, the stored liquid, soil, and groundwater are safe. In the event of an outer tank leak, gas or detection fluid under pressure within the double wall will enter the soil. Similarly, the pressure or liquid level in the double wall will change, triggering an audible and visual alarm. At this point, since the inner tank is intact, the stored liquid is safe; only gas or detection fluid enters the soil, so soil and groundwater are also safe. As the stored liquid contacting the inner tank is different from the soil and groundwater contacting the outer tank, the corrosion rates of the tank material are different, making the probability of simultaneous leakage almost zero. Thus, leakage of stored liquid outside the tank can be prevented, ensuring production safety and environmental protection.
