Alcohol Recovery Tower

The alcohol recovery tower operates on the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of other solutions. By heating the dilute alcohol solution to a temperature slightly above the boiling point of alcohol, the solution is vaporized. After being refined within the tower, pure alcohol vapor is condensed, increasing the concentration of the rising alcohol solution, thereby achieving the goal of alcohol recovery.
The alcohol recovery tower consists of six parts: the tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in food, light industry, and chemical industries. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The equipment also boasts energy-saving, environmental protection, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. This unit can distill dilute alcohol from 30 to 50 degrees to 93 to 95 degrees, with the residual liquid having a low alcohol content, meeting environmental protection standards.
