Cosmetic packaging typically includes bottles, glass bottles, essential oil bottles, and so on. Some packaging bottles are painted or branded with brand information. To not hinder the design of these bottles, the paint marking location should be easily visible, with most opting for the bottom of the bottle. Information like production date, batch number, and shelf life can also be spray-painted. The machine operates stably, with quick painting speed, ensuring accurate and aesthetically pleasing prints. Suitable for both large and small bottles, various bottle sizes can be accommodated.
Place cosmetic bottles on the conveyor belt, and each bottle will be automatically printed by the nozzle without any manual intervention. It can also print traceable information like barcodes and QR codes to meet the coding needs of various industries. The surface of the glass bottles is coated with an organic paint (colors, additives, etc. added to the glass paint), achieving the requirement for rich colors on glass packaging bottles. It can produce various effects such as glossy, matte, pearl, transparent, and gradient.
Cosmetic glass bottles are coated with a top layer of paint, where the solvent of the primer evaporates and bursts through the topcoat, releasing the contents. The topcoat leaves small holes due to its inability to level and seal properly. Solvent evaporation is fast: surface dry time is generally over 10 minutes, usually around 15 minutes. Over-spraying too thickly in one go: the surface dries too quickly, causing the inner layer gases to accumulate, burst through the topcoat, and release. Reduce thickness and increase the number of coats.
