Cosmetic packaging typically includes bottles, glass bottles, essential oil bottles, and so on. Some bottles are painted or branded with brand information. To not compromise the design of these bottles, the paint markings should be easily visible, often placed at the bottom. Information such as production dates, batch numbers, and shelf life can also be spray-painted. The machine operates stably, with quick and precise spray painting that is clear and aesthetically pleasing. Suitable for both large and small bottles, it accommodates various bottle sizes.
Place cosmetic bottles on the conveyor belt, and each bottle will be automatically printed by the nozzle without any manual intervention. It can also print barcodes, QR codes, and other traceable information to meet the coding needs of various industries. The surface of the glass bottles is coated with an organic coating (colors, additives, etc. added to the glass coating), achieving the requirement for rich colors on glass packaging bottles. It can produce various effects such as glossy, matte, pearl, transparent, and gradient.
Cosmetic glass bottles are coated with an upper layer of paint. The undercoat solvent volatilizes, bursting through the topcoat upon evaporation, leaving small holes as the topcoat cannot level and seal properly. Solvent volatilizes quickly: surface dry generally exceeds 10 minutes, usually around 15 minutes. One-time over-thickness application: the surface volatilizes too quickly, causing internal gas accumulation, bursting through the topcoat upon release. Reduce thickness, increase coats.
