Cosmetic Glass Bottle Manufacturing & Processing Products, customers will apply hot stamping to the product's trademark or logo. Glass surface is unclean, with watermarks, oil stains, fingerprints, and dust particles. The mesh bottom is stuck with dust or debris. The screen is uneven, causing the scraper to lack oil. After gold-plating on cosmetic glass bottles, the gold-plated surface of the bottle shows streaks, which are irregularly distributed and mostly appear in a crack-like pattern; add 5% defoamer to the screen printing ink, and then proceed with screen printing after the ink has fully reacted; after gold-plating, leave the product for 24 hours, then bake after the gas in the ink has naturally evaporated.
Due to the ink, the printed effect exhibits a distinct embossed texture. Regularly shaped bottles (cylindrical) can be printed in one go, while irregular ones incur an additional cost per print. Color is also a one-time charge. There are two types of inks: self-drying and UV inks. Self-drying ink is prone to falling off over time and can be wiped off with alcohol. Cosmetics packaging bottles with UV ink have a noticeable embossed texture that's hard to remove.
