The ZXQ 500 automatic inlaid machine is suitable for inlaying micro, hand-unfriendly, or irregular metallographic and petrographic specimens, facilitating their cutting, grinding, and polishing for subsequent metallographic, spectral, or hardness testing. During the sample preparation process, the machine controls a series of actions including automatic heating, pressure application, and cooling to subsequent automatic pressure release and shutdown through CPU programming, achieving user-friendly, simple, and efficient operation. 1.1 Working Principle
◆ Motor-driven gear, driving the screw and other components, causing the lower mold to move upwards.
◆ Squeezed and filled inlay material, followed by a force squeezing spring.
◆ When the spring is compressed to the limit switch position, the pressure-holding timer begins. As the inlay material melts, the spring will continue to compress until the pressure-holding time ends.
1.2 Range of Embedded Powder Selection
The selection range for embedded powder on this machine is limited to thermosetting materials (such as general type, edge-retaining type, and conductive type embedded powder).
Pressing temperatures for different thermosetting materials can be adjusted and set according to the material.
