It can automatically count, analyze, and categorize by size grade the types, sizes, and quantities of impurities on the filter membrane. It meetsVDA 19, ISO 16232 standards for component cleanliness testing requirements by powertrain factories such as Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, and others. We provide standard data reports compliant with these specifications and offer customization of data reports.

System Technical Requirements:
Scanning time for a single filter membrane should be controlled to4 minutes (at a magnification of 5, with each pixel area approximately 1.8μm x 1.8μm).
Accurately differentiate between metallic and non-metallic particles by adjusting the hardware support for polarized light, ensuring correct classification for standardized data-based assessment.
