The coal mill windbreak dust suppression net utilizes aerodynamic principles. It is processed into windbreak plates of certain geometric shapes based on wind tunnel test results from the implementation site environment. The windbreak plates are then combined according to on-site conditions to form windbreak dust suppression walls. This creates an upper and lower airflow disturbance on the inside of the wall as the flowing air (strong wind) passes through. It achieves the effect of strong wind on the outside and weak wind on the wind side; and on the outside, slight wind with no wind on the inside, thereby preventing dust from flying. The higher the wind speed, the greater the dust suppression and control efficiency of the coal mill windbreak dust suppression net, resulting in better dust control effects.

Ultraviolet (UV) Resistant (Anti-Aging)
The product surface is electrostatically coated, capable of absorbing ultraviolet rays from sunlight, reducing the oxidation rate of the material itself, thereby enhancing the product's anti-aging properties and extending its service life. Additionally, the low UV transmittance prevents damage to the material from sunlight.

3. Impact Resistance
The product boasts high strength, capable of withstanding the impact of hail (strong winds). Impact strength tests have been conducted, where a 1kg steel ball was dropped from a height of 1.5 meters above the midpoint of the sample. The product did not break or show any penetrating holes.

The product surface is electrostatically powder-coated, which can oxidize and decompose organic dirt adhering to the surface upon exposure to sunlight.
