Medium-temperature vinyl ester glass flake mortar is a three-component corrosion-resistant mortar composed of an epoxy vinyl ester resin as the film-forming material, mixed with modified corrosion-resistant fillers, glass flakes, specialized additives, and initiators, accelerators, etc., after being ground and specially dispersed.
The medium-temperature vinyl ester glass flake mortar is a three-component anticorrosive mortar made by grinding and specially dispersing processing a film-forming material of epoxy vinyl ester resin, modified corrosion-resistant fillers, glass flakes, special additives, and initiators, accelerators, etc. The glass flakes in the mortar are laid in parallel and overlapped in the coating, forming a layer-by-layer barrier against the penetration of corrosive media. This extends the path for the medium to渗透 into the base material, prevents the corrosive medium from directly穿透 the anticorrosive layer, thereby providing long-term protection for the substrate.

Section 3: Scope of Application
1. Suitable for flue gas desulfurization and exhaust chimney equipment in harsh environments such as petrochemical plants, thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, non-ferrous metal smelting plants, pulp and paper mills, chemical factories, and waste incineration plants.
2. Brick lining for corrosion protection of equipment such as tanks, storage vessels, chemical storage, and towers and pipelines for various storage processes, chemical reactions, and mixing/separation operations.
3. Corrosion protection for concrete structures on floors, walls, ceilings, drainage systems, large wastewater ponds, sewage treatment equipment, concrete tanks and reservoirs, and marine aquaculture sites in chemical, food processing factories, etc.
Fire-retardant glass flake mastic
The solid components and additives of the scale coating can be adjusted in proportion as needed, allowing the paint to accommodate various climates and process requirements.
Fire-retardant glass tile adhesive
This type of product is a composite material made primarily of corrosion and flame-retardant vinyl resin, incorporating 30-40% of C-glass flake of varying diameters and other functional additives.
This type of product not only possesses the characteristics of conventional vinyl glass scales but also has the following main features: 1. Excellent wear resistance. The scale coating has high hardness and toughness after curing, demonstrating good wear resistance against particle abrasion. The damage to the coating is localized with minimal spreading tendency, making it easy to repair. 2. Lower permeability. The scale coating's resistance to steam permeability is 6-15 times higher than that of standard epoxy coatings and 4 times higher than that of standard epoxy FRP. 3. Strong bonding strength. Not only is the bond strength between the resin matrix and the glass scales high, but the bond strength between the scale coating and the base material is also high. Additionally, the scale coating is less prone to cracking, delamination, or peeling, offering good adhesion and impact strength, thereby ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. 4. Good resistance to temperature differences (thermal shock). Due to the presence of numerous glass scales, the coating eliminates the difference in linear expansion coefficients between the coating and steel, with the scale coating's linear expansion being approximately 11.5x10-6 m/m°C, compared to steel's linear expansion coefficient of 12.0.10-6 m/m°C, both are quite close, making the scale coating suitable for heavy corrosive environments with varying temperatures. 5. It has a moderate cost. Compared to other materials used in current FGD units, such as titanium composite panels, stainless steel, monolithic nickel-based alloys, and fiberglass, the glass scale coating offers better cost-performance.
6. Good in craftsmanship. The solid content and additives of the scale coating can be adjusted according to requirements, allowing the paint to adapt to various climates and configurations for multiple process demands. It can resolve curing issues in low-temperature climates and the length of construction intervals between different processes. 7. Excellent flame-retardant properties. Fully meets the UL-94 standard's V0 flame-retardant level and has an oxygen index of no less than 32.
8. Excellent corrosion resistance; due to the use of high-performance vinyl ester resin as the matrix for the scaled coating, this type of resin offers superior corrosion resistance compared to epoxy resins.
