Product Description:
Material: Our sintered filter cores are made primarily from ultra-high molecular weight PE, PA, and PTFE, meeting GMP and FDA requirements. Adhesives are not used in the production process, inheriting the excellent properties of PE material and offering wide chemical compatibility.
Structure: Our sintered filter cores are made by scientific formula and high-temperature sintering, featuring excellent mechanical properties. The cores have the same pore diameter inside and out, making backflushing and slag removal easy. With a thick filtration layer, the product maintains effective filtration even at high working pressures. The particle bonding is strong, preventing easy detachment. Additionally, each filter core undergoes bubble uniformity testing before shipment to ensure uniform distribution of the micropores.

Advantages:
Sintered filter cores feature uniform pore distribution, excellent resistance to strong acids and alkalis, and good mechanical properties. They also possess strong resistance to organic solvent erosion. Suitable for large-scale water treatment equipment, they can be cleaned using either automatic or manual backflushing methods. Solid particle recovery can be achieved through dry slag removal, eliminating the need for frequent filter core replacement. Their automated operation and low filtration costs have garnered consistent positive feedback from users.
Shortcomings:
Not suitable for use above 80℃; when encountering highly adhesive materials, it is difficult to blow off during reverse jetting, resulting in high filtration pressure difference.
