Our products are exported to dozens of countries worldwide. With years of accumulated industry credibility, we have earned the trust of numerous clients both domestically and internationally, and have engaged in business collaborations with many Fortune 500 companies and renowned domestic manufacturers. Filter Source boasts modern factories and production equipment, as well as a laboratory and a comprehensive quality assurance system with完善 detection methods (raw material inspection, online inspection, process inspection, etc.), which are applied to biological and food and beverage products, all of which meet FDA safety test requirements, ensuring product quality.
High-flow pleated filter elements significantly reduce investment costs in applications such as reverse osmosis pre-filtration, compared to standard 2.5-inch filter cores. Each high-flow filter element can handle up to 70T/H, thereby reducing the number of filter elements needed and greatly diminishing the size of the filter housing.
High-flow filter cores are available in nominal precision grades of 0.5/1/5 and 10 micrometers, made of PP (polypropylene).
Features and Benefits of Large-Flow Filter Cartridge Elements:
High flow translates to using fewer filter cores, reducing labor and operational costs.
High flow means using smaller filter housing sizes, reducing investment costs and saving floor space.
Filter replacement is faster, easier, and safer.
Hot melt bonded polypropylene material prevents particle release and unloading, unlike standard wound wire cores.
The foldable surface design results in lower pressure drop for high-flow filter cores compared to other cores, offering a longer service life.
Better sealing effect with an integrated O-ring.
The water inlet connection is set below the filter core, which can prevent the impact of the medium.
The surface fixing pins facilitate quick and accurate positioning for installation.
Large folding filter cores are essential equipment for purifying raw resources and for the reuse of resources, commonly used in industries such as oil, water, and air filtration. They remove a small amount of impurities from the filtering medium, protecting the normal operation of equipment or the cleanliness of the air. After the fluid passes through a filter core with certain precision within the filter, impurities are blocked, and the clean fluid flows out through the core.
