Product Features
The vehicle is fully sealed, self-compressing and self-tilting, with all waste water from the compression process entering the waste water tank, which effectively addresses the issue of secondary pollution during waste transportation, avoiding inconvenience to people. The key components use imported parts, offering advantages such as high pressure, good sealing, ease of operation, and safety.
Topwear
The cabinet is made of Wugang carbon steel plate material, featuring edge three and bottom four manganese plates. The interior of the cabinet is treated for corrosion and rust prevention. The arched pressure-resistant cabinet comes with a full push mechanism, and the rear end of the garbage compression station cabinet is equipped with a docking function. The rear door is hydraulically locked, the rear of the vehicle is fitted with a thick rubber seal, and the rear is equipped with a wastewater tank. The side features an outlet for waste discharge, preventing leakage of wastewater, and the overall sealing is excellent.
Operation Process
The working principle involves using a hydraulic telescopic lifting mechanism to automatically elevate the trash can to the top of the container, where the waste is deposited. The unloading push plate then pushes the waste towards the rear of the container, compressing it into a higher density and more even distribution, achieving the compression of waste. During unloading, the rear cover of the container also hydraulically flips up and opens automatically, with the push plate pushing the waste out to complete the unloading process. The compression principle utilizes a mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic linkage control system, computer control, and manual operation system. Waste is deposited, crushed or flattened, and then compacted and unloaded into the container through devices such as fillers and pushers.

Ensure that operators master the basic structure, principles, operation, and fault analysis and troubleshooting methods of vehicles and equipment.
4. All non-human-induced mechanical failures and component damages occurring within the warranty period will be covered for free replacement.
5. Swift technical support and timely service guarantees. For quality issues reported by users within the warranty period, Lu Ban guarantees a clear response to the user on the same day upon receiving the notification. If on-site service is deemed necessary, after-sales staff will arrive at the service location within 24-48 hours based on the region, location, and travel conditions, or entrust a specialist to provide on-site after-sales service.
