The Hook-Type Shot Blasting Machine, as a standard model of shot blasting cleaner, features a working cylinder diameter ranging from 900 to 1300 mm and a height from 1300 to 3500 mm. Standard models come with 2 to 7 blasting heads, with a high load capacity of up to 10,000 kg. This shot blasting machine boasts high production efficiency and great flexibility, making it an ideal cleaning and strengthening device. It is easy to operate: simply load the workpiece onto the machine, press the start button, and after a short period (usually 5-7 minutes), the entire cleaning process is complete, removing all dust and residual shot. It is mainly used for the surface treatment of various medium and large castings, forgings, weldments, and heat-treated parts, including fragile and irregularly shaped workpieces.
