Automatic bag forming machines and automatic bag pressing machines are used in fully automatic packaging and stacking production lines. They are designed to shape and press the bags after sewing, ensuring they can pass through subsequent equipment such as weight and metal detection systems. The flattened bags post-shaping are also easier for stacking robots and mechanical arms to handle.

The Automatic Bag Unloading and Shaping Machine is paired with the Automatic Bag Unloading Machine, which can be integrated into one unit or set as two separate machines: one for unloading and another for shaping. The Shaping Machine consists of the conveyor belt section, double chain wheel hex roller section, rubber-covered roller section, upper-level vibration and small roller pressing bags, and secondary roller shaping section.

The bag and packet forming height of the Automatic Bag Shaping Machine and Bag/Packet Squeezing Shaping Machine can be freely adjusted via the compression spring. Adjust the spring pressure to an appropriate level based on the packaging bag and shaping effect.

Packaging reshaping machines come in various forms for selection. The bag-emptying section can adopt an appropriate bag-emptying method based on the size and shape of the bags.
