The KZK submerged diaphragm air cannon is a coal storage silo desilting equipment composed of multiple components, including a gas storage tank, intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and connecting flanges.
The KZK submerged diaphragm air cannon features a submerged diaphragm valve installed on the storage tank's connecting flange, with the exhaust pipe passing through the tank and directly connected to the diaphragm valve. It seals the intake of the air cannon's exhaust pipe using the elastic diaphragm on the air cannon, and controls the exhaust of the air cannon's exhaust pipe.
The KZK submerged diaphragm air cannon operates by gas entering the intake pipe into the high-pressure gas storage tank. Once the pressure in the tank reaches the set pressure value, and it's necessary to discharge the gas to impact the material, the air cannon diaphragm valve is opened. The high-pressure gas inside the tank then rapidly passes through the submerged pulse ring venturi into the exhaust pipe. The compressed air is ejected from the exhaust pipe outlet, forming a high-speed air jet that冲击 the blockage in the material, achieving the purpose of clearing and cleaning the bin. After the material clearing process is complete, the air cannon's submerged diaphragm valve automatically closes.
The advantages of KZK's flooded diaphragm air炮 are its simple structure, strong jet force, easy installation, low maintenance rate, convenient maintenance, high-temperature resistance, suitability for harsh environments, online repair capability without affecting production, and the ability to achieve automatic control, continuous operation, long service life, and high cost-performance ratio.
