This series of busbar processing machines features three units: punching, shearing, and bending. Each processing unit's stroke can be easily adjusted, shortening processing time and enhancing production efficiency. The main function is to process various sizes of copper and aluminum busbars. With the corresponding processing unit, copper and aluminum bars can be conveniently and quickly cut, punched (round and oval holes), bent flat, formed into right angles, and embossed. By changing molds, it can also complete flattening, helical twisting, cable joint pressing, and special processing such as cutting, flattening, punching, and bending of copper rods.
