Wood drying heat source, featuring internal heat exchange pipes made of technical materials, ensures that the critical heat exchange pipes remain in a molten state at high temperatures, with refractory materials not shedding, effectively resolving thermal expansion issues, thereby extending the lifespan of the heat exchange pipes and achieving a heat exchange efficiency of over 76%. Additionally, the steam generation unit within the equipment produces an adequate amount of steam required for drying wood, complementing our factory's drying process, resulting in a short drying cycle and minimal drying defects.
Operating Principle:
Wood drying equipment (hot air/steam), capable of drying various tree species, wood of different specifications and purposes, boasts energy-saving, reliable performance, short drying cycle, high-quality drying, and low drying cost. It is widely used in large, medium, and small wood processing enterprises, particularly suitable for manufacturers dealing in wood products. The HXM series wood drying equipment, during normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy, which is fully absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature gas flow meets the process requirements, and steam is timely sent into the drying room to spray steam and adjust humidity. The humidity control system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. Saturated wet steam can quickly equalize the surface temperature and internal humidity of the wood, achieving simultaneous drying of both the inside and outside of the wood. For solid, thick hardwood, intermittent heating and drying processes can be used to address defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during drying, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. The wood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, significantly reducing drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the wood moisture content drops below 15%, after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment, all wood-boring insects and eggs are completely killed, solving the adverse effects caused by insects and improving the economic benefits for the enterprise.
Control Device:
The intake and exhaust air ducts of the equipment are both equipped with adjustable valves, which can be adjusted at any time to regulate the air intake and exhaust air volume according to the wood drying process requirements. A variable compensation is also set at the air intake of the fan, allowing for adjustments to the wind pressure and volume within the drying room. The main body of the equipment is fitted with steam spray adjustment valves, which can regulate the steam spray amount according to different needs during the wood drying process. An auxiliary combustion device is also installed below the main body, which can be activated to increase the combustion intensity and reach the required temperature for each drying stage when fuel is difficult to ignite due to various reasons.
