

Operation Principle: The top-vent fan-type wood drying kiln uses saturated steam as the heat source and moist air as the medium. It automatically or manually controls the parameters of the drying medium and dries the wood by utilizing the heat transfer and mass transfer of the gas medium.
1. After the fan starts, it first blows the dried medium towards the radiator. After heat exchange, the temperature of the dried medium increases, and the heated medium is then blown towards the wood pile, raising the wood's temperature and causing the moisture within the wood to start vaporizing and evaporating.
2. The air circulation within the drying room moves along the height and horizontally across the wood piles. The motor's timed reversal ensures a reversible media circulation, resulting in more even wood drying.
3. The medium humidity inside the drying chamber is increased by steam injection and decreased by exhaust dehumidification.
