Operating Principle:
Wood drying equipment (hot air/steam), capable of drying various wood species, in various sizes and for different purposes, boasts energy-saving, reliable performance, short drying cycles, high-quality drying, and low drying costs. The HXM series wood drying equipment operates by fully combusting fuel in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, high-temperature gas flows according to the process requirements, and steam is timely supplied to the drying chamber for steam injection and humidity adjustment. The humidity adjustment system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. Saturated wet steam can quickly equalize the surface temperature and internal humidity of the wood, achieving simultaneous drying of both the inside and outside. For solid, thick hardwood, intermittent heating and drying processes can be employed to prevent internal and end cracks, deformation, and other defects during drying, significantly increasing the yield of finished wood products. Control Device:
The equipment features adjustable valves on both the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustments of the air flow and recirculation volume according to the wood drying process requirements. A adjustable compensation is also installed at the fan's intake, enabling the regulation of the air pressure and volume within the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with a steam spray regulation valve, which can adjust the steam spray quantity as needed during the wood drying process. Additionally, a combustion assistance device is located at the lower part of the main body. In case the fuel is difficult to ignite due to various reasons, the combustion assistance valve can be opened to enhance the combustion intensity and achieve the required temperature for each drying stage.
