Introduction to Heat Sources for Wood Drying Series Equipment
Wood drying heat source, the internal heat exchange piping system uses technical materials, keeping the critical heat exchange pipes in a molten state at high temperatures, ensuring the refractory materials do not fall off, effectively solving thermal expansion issues, thereby significantly extending the service life of the heat exchange pipes, achieving a heat exchange efficiency of over 76%; simultaneously, the steam generation unit within the equipment can produce the sufficient steam volume required for drying wood, in conjunction with our factory's drying process, resulting in a shorter drying cycle and fewer drying defects.
Operating Principle:
Wooden Heat-Air (Steam) Drying Equipment, capable of drying various species, specifications, and purposes of wood, boasts energy-saving, safe and reliable operation, short drying cycles, excellent drying quality, and low drying costs. It is widely used in large, medium, and small wood processing enterprises, particularly suitable for manufacturers engaged in wooden product businesses. The HXM series wood drying equipment, during normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber to produce heat energy, which is fully absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature airflow passes through the control and conveying systems, delivering the hot air to the drying chamber for wood drying. Simultaneously, the steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric steam, which can be sent into the drying chamber at the appropriate time according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and humidity adjustment. The humidity control system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. The saturated wet steam can quickly make the surface temperature and internal humidity of the wood consistent, achieving simultaneous drying of the wood's interior and exterior. For solid, thick hardwoods, intermittent heating drying processes can be employed to solve defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. The wood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, significantly reducing drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood drops below 15%, after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment, all the boring insects and eggs inside the wood can be completely killed, solving the adverse effects caused by boring insects and improving the economic benefits for the enterprise.
Control Device
The equipment features adjustable valves on both the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustments of the airflow and recirculation volume according to the wood drying process requirements. Additionally, an adjustable compensation is installed at the fan's intake, enabling the regulation of the pressure and airflow within the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with a steam spray regulation valve, which can be adjusted to regulate the steam spray quantity based on the varying needs of the wood drying process. Below the main body, an auxiliary combustion device is also provided. In case the fuel is difficult to ignite due to various reasons, the auxiliary combustion valve can be opened to enhance the combustion intensity and achieve the required temperature for each drying stage.
