

The Rosewood Furniture Hot Air Steam Drying Equipment is developed and researched based on traditional wood drying equipment, specifically tailored to the characteristics of rosewood. It is particularly suitable for drying large-leaf sandalwood, small-leaf sandalwood, old rosewood, and huanghuali wood.
1. Mahogany Drying Equipment: During normal operation, fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy. This heat is absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching temperatures above 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air stream passes through the control system and transmission system, delivering the hot air to the drying room for wood drying. The steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric pressure steam, which can be introduced into the drying room at any time according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The moisture control system is an independent steam system with safety devices. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture content on the wood surface with the internal moisture, achieving simultaneous drying of both the interior and exterior of the wood. The intermittent heating drying process can resolve defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products.
The mahogany drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, which fully utilizes the drying medium and overcomes the heat loss caused by the discharge of hot and humid air. It significantly enhances drying costs and shortens the drying cycle, thereby improving the economic benefits for the enterprise.
Section 2: Control Device
The equipment features adjustable valves on both the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustments of air and recirculation flow according to the wood drying process requirements. A variable compensation is also installed at the fan inlet, enabling adjustments to the pressure and volume inside the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with steam injection valves, which can regulate the steam volume in response to different drying needs. Additionally, a combustion assistance device is located at the lower part of the main body. In case the fuel does not burn due to various reasons, the combustion assistance valve can be opened to increase the combustion intensity, reaching the required temperature for each drying stage.
