

The Tenglong series of rosewood furniture hot air steam drying equipment is developed and researched based on traditional wood drying equipment, specifically designed for the characteristics of rosewood, particularly suitable for drying woods such as big leaf sandalwood, small leaf sandalwood, old rosewood, and huanghuali.
The MYH-1 series rosewood drying equipment, during normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, producing heat energy. This heat is fully absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, generating temperatures above 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air flow passes through the control system and transmission system, delivering the hot air to the drying chamber for wood drying. The steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric pressure steam, which can be sent into the drying chamber at any time according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The moisture regulation system is an independent steam system, equipped with safety devices. The saturated wet steam can quickly make the moisture content of the wood surface consistent with the internal moisture, achieving the purpose of simultaneous drying of both the internal and external parts of the wood. The intermittent heating drying process can solve defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products.
The MYH-1 series rosewood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, achieving full utilization of the drying medium and overcoming heat loss caused by the discharge of hot and humid air. It significantly improves drying costs and shortens the drying cycle, enhancing the economic benefits for the enterprise.
Control Device
The equipment features adjustable valves on both the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustments of air volume and swirl volume to meet the requirements of the wood drying process. A variable compensation is also installed at the fan inlet, which can adjust the air pressure and flow rate inside the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with steam injection valves, which can regulate the steam flow at appropriate times based on the different requirements of the wood drying process. Additionally, a combustion assistance device is located at the lower part of the main body. In case the fuel fails to burn due to various reasons, the combustion assistance valve can be opened to increase the combustion intensity and achieve the required temperature for each drying stage.
