

Deo-wooding and drying equipment, capable of drying various wood species, sizes, and purposes, boasts energy-saving, reliable, and short drying cycles with good drying quality and low costs. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy which is absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 170 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air is channeled through the control and conveyance systems to the drying room for wood drying. The steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric steam, which can be sent into the drying room at the appropriate time according to the drying process requirements for steaming and humidification treatment. The humidification system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the surface and internal moisture content of the wood, achieving simultaneous drying of both. For solid, thick hardwood, intermittent heating drying technology can be adopted to solve internal cracks, end cracks, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. The wood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, realizing the full utilization of the drying medium and overcoming the heat loss caused by the discharge of hot and humid air. The recovery and utilization of heat energy greatly reduce drying costs and shorten the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content drops below 15%, all the wood-boring insects and eggs are killed, eliminating the adverse effects caused by insects and improving the economic benefits for the enterprise. The equipment is equipped with adjustable valves on both the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustment of the intake and recirculation air volumes according to the wood drying process requirements. Adjustable compensation is also set at the fan intake, enabling the adjustment of the air pressure and volume inside the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with steam spray valves for adjusting the steam spray quantity according to the different needs during wood drying. An auxiliary combustion device is also located at the lower part of the main body, which can be opened to increase the combustion intensity when the fuel is difficult to burn due to various reasons, reaching the required temperature for each drying stage. Users can flexibly design the size of the drying room according to their drying quantity requirements, ranging from 10 to 150 cubic meters. (If the drying quantity exceeds 150 cubic meters at a time, it is recommended to use a steam drying kiln; our factory's kilns above 150 cubic meters are all fully automatic controlled, see separate introduction, with guaranteed low prices.) The equipment has a small initial investment, is relatively easy to operate, and can be designed for semi-automatic operation (automatic moisture removal, automatic humidification) according to the company's requirements, making it a choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.
