The jet roller dryer is a key production equipment for wood deep processing enterprises, particularly in single board slicing production lines, single board lathe production lines, and plywood production lines. It is suitable for the process of drying after cutting and is especially designed for drying single boards with thicknesses ranging from 0.3MM to 3.6MM.

Operation Principle of Spray Drum Single Board Drying Machine:
1. Operating System: The planed (sliced) veneer is fed into the inlet of a blowing roller-type veneer drying machine. It passes through several pairs of upper and lower roller pairs inside the dryer, rotating relatively to move the planed sliced veneer forward in a predetermined direction. During the veneer's movement, hot air at 110-150°C is sprayed vertically onto both surfaces of the veneer at a speed of V=1.5M/S through nozzles placed between the two pairs of rollers. Under the control of the electrical control system, the ideal forward speed is adjusted to achieve the drying effect. Additionally, the uneven veneer is flattened as it moves through the relative rotation of the upper and lower roller pairs.
2. The air intake of the single board drying machine with a fan roller usually has three types of heat mediums:
1) Steam Type: High-pressure steam at 0.1MPA-0.6MPA is directly sent into the machine through external steam pipes into a SRL-type radiator with high heat transfer efficiency, large heat dissipation area, and stable air jet. The heat energy at 110-150°C is transferred out through the aluminum fin heat exchangers on the radiator. Under the action of a high-speed rotating fan, the heat is then delivered through the internal air ducts to the nozzles of the fan roller single board dryer. The hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single boards through the nozzles, achieving the drying effect.
2) Hot Air Furnace Type: Our factory's spray air roller single board dryer is equipped with an energy-saving hot air furnace specifically for users who do not have the option to choose a steam-type machine. The working principle of the hot air furnace is to burn waste wood or raw coal from the single board production plant to produce high temperatures. These temperatures are then transferred to the hot air through heat exchange plates installed on the furnace. Under the action of a high-speed fan inside the machine, the hot air is directed into the spray nozzles inside the machine. After being喷射 by the nozzles, the hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single board, achieving the drying effect.
3) Electric Heating Type: This medium-sized system unit is generally not energy-saving and is not commonly used. 3. Electric Control System: The single board dryer with fan roller has a manual control system, a stepless speed control system, and an automatic computer control system. The choice is based on customer requirements, and the feeding speed is adjusted according to the thickness and moisture content of the single board to achieve the desired drying effect.
4. Dewatering System: The dewatering system of the spray roller single board dryer is achieved through a series of exhaust holes on the machine, regulated by the exhaust control valves. It utilizes either the internal automatic dewatering system or the mechanical dewatering system, depending on the operation, to effectively remove moisture.
5. Sealed Insulation System: To maximize the drying efficiency of the single board drying machine with blow-off roller, the machine's shell is insulated with a thickness of 80MM-100MM to retain heat and air volume inside, thereby achieving a sealed insulation effect.
