One, during normal operation, fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy which is then absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, producing temperatures above 180 degrees Celsius. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature airflow passes through the control system and transmission system to deliver the hot air to the drying room, where it dries the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric steam, which can be introduced into the drying room at any time according to the drying process requirements to spray steam and humidify the wood. The humidification system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. The saturated wet steam can quickly equalize the moisture content between the wood surface and interior, achieving simultaneous drying of both. The intermittent heating and drying process can resolve defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products.
The ZCM series mahogany drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, achieving full utilization of the drying medium and minimizing heat loss caused by the exhaust of hot and humid air. It significantly enhances drying efficiency, shortens the drying cycle, and boosts the economic benefits for the enterprise.
The inlet and exhaust ducts of the control devices are equipped with adjustable valves, allowing for real-time adjustments of air volume and recirculating air volume according to the wood drying process requirements. Adjustable compensation is also provided at the fan inlet, enabling adjustments to the air pressure and airflow within the drying room. The main body of the equipment is fitted with steam injection valves, which can regulate the steam flow as needed for different drying requirements of the wood. Additionally, a combustion assistance device is located at the lower part of the main body. In case the fuel fails to burn due to various reasons, the combustion assistance valve can be opened to increase the combustion intensity, achieving the required temperature for each drying stage.
