1) The complete plastic parts are injection molded from environmentally friendly PP material, featuring good toughness and strength.
2) The cooling is achieved through a dual bypass air-cooling structure, which separately draws two streams of cold air from above and below the motor to cool it. The two exhaust streams are isolated and expelled, slowing down the machine's temperature rise and extending its service life.
3) Powered by 3 1200W motors, with 3 independent switches, adjustable power, up to 3600W.
4) The filtration system consists of 3 layers: the first layer uses a turbo-inlet principle to separate dust through a whirlwind, the second layer is the FET3.0 filter core made of polyester film material, with a filtration area of approximately 30,000 cm², and the third layer is the filter cotton around the motor.
5） The handle and frame, designed based on the principles of artificial mechanics, allow for easy lifting or effortless pushing of the product's motor head for movement. The frame is designed with two-way push handles, enabling both forward and reverse pushing. Below one of the push handles is a storage basket, conveniently accommodating accessories and tools.
6) Built-in turbine inlet creates a whirlwind inside the drum during dust intake, drawing dust-free air to the motor from the center of the whirlwind, thus avoiding direct contact between dust and the filter, reducing dust accumulation on the filter mesh, solving the problem of filter clogging, and enhancing work efficiency.
7) Filter Cleaning Method: Optional automatic electric cleaning or reverse blow. If equipped with an automatic flipper cleaning filter core, the machine is set to power on and start the flipper at the factory. The flipper operates for 30 seconds to clean dust from the filter, then stops for 100 seconds before running for another 30 seconds, repeating this cycle to achieve automatic filter cleaning. The time can also be adjusted according to actual operating conditions. Alternatively, a pressure-activated release system can be used for reverse blowing and dust cleaning of the filter.
8) Equipped with a 60cm wide push-suction scoop, it can push and suck simultaneously.
9) The dust collector is made of stainless steel, and it's a separate bucket. Users can easily clean the waste inside by simply removing the separate bucket; the dust collector has a capacity of 100L.
10) The bucket adapter's connection is a teardrop joint, which can rotate 360 degrees to prevent the hose from kinking. To disassemble, simply lift the black spring clip.
11) The rear wheels are swivel casters with brakes, providing a nimble and convenient movement. When parking, please engage the brakes for a secure stop. It's safe to use this feature on slightly inclined surfaces.
