Xianyang Factory features the new Kadewei Industrial Vacuum Cleaner DL-3010BX, an industrial-grade product capable of cleaning approximately 1300m2 per hour. With a 3.6KW power and a 100-liter dust bin, the 60cm-wide push-suck head allows for simultaneous pushing and suction. The top and bottom separated bins have smooth walls for easy cleaning, and a push handle is included for convenient waste disposal.

1) The complete plastic parts are injection-molded from environmentally friendly PP material, offering good flexibility and strength.
2) The cooling is achieved through a wind-cooled dual bypass structure, which draws two streams of cold air from both above and below the motor to cool it, with the exhaust air isolated and expelled separately, allowing for slower machine temperature rise and extending the machine's lifespan.
3) Power is provided by three 1200W motors, with three independent switches for adjustable power, up to a maximum of 3600W.
4) The filter system consists of 3 layers: the first layer is a cyclone separation of dust generated by the turbo inlet principle, the second layer is a FET3.0 filter core made of polyester film material, with a filtering area of about 30,000 cm2, and the third layer is filter cotton around the motor.
5） The handle and frame, designed with principles of artificial mechanics, allow for easy lifting or pushing of the product's motor head for movement. The frame features a two-way push design, enabling forward and reverse pushing. Below one push handle is a storage basket, conveniently designed for placing accessories and tools.
6) Integrated turbo inlet creates a whirlwind inside the drum during dust intake, drawing the dust-free air at the center of the whirlwind into the motor. This design avoids direct contact between dust and the filter, reducing dust accumulation on the filter mesh, solves the problem of clogged filter cores, and enhances work efficiency.
7) Filter Cleaning Method: Optional automatic electric cleaning or reverse blow. If equipped with an automatic scraper cleaning filter element, the machine is set to power on and the scraper starts simultaneously at the factory. The scraper runs for 30 seconds to clean the dust from the filter, then stops for 100 seconds before running for another 30 seconds, repeating this cycle to achieve automatic filter cleaning. The time can also be adjusted according to the actual working conditions. Alternatively, a pressure-activated release system can be used for reverse blowing and cleaning the filter.

9) The dust collector is made of stainless steel, serving as a separate container. Users can easily clean the waste inside by simply removing the separator; the dust collector holds 100L.

11) The rear wheels are swivel casters with brakes, allowing for easy and agile movement of the frame. When parking, please apply the brakes for secure parking. You can stop and park on slight inclines while ensuring safety.
12) The frame is equipped with a static-dissipative chain, which can conduct static electricity away when the ground is ensured to be conductive.
