1) The complete plastic parts are injection-molded from environmentally friendly PP material, offering excellent toughness and strength.
2) The cooling is achieved through a dual bypass air-cooling structure, which draws two streams of cold air from above and below the motor to cool it, while the exhaust air from the two streams is isolated and expelled, slowing down the machine's temperature rise and extending its service life.

4) The filtration system consists of 3 layers: the first layer utilizes a turbine intake principle to separate dust through a vortex; the second layer features an FET3.0 filter core, made of polyester film material, with a filtration area of approximately 30,000 cm²; and the third layer is a filter cotton surrounding the motor.
5） The handle and frame designed based on the principles of artificial mechanics can easily lift or push the product's motor head for movement. 6) Built-in turbine intake creates a whirlwind inside the drum during dust suction, drawing the dust-free air at the center of the whirlwind into the motor. This avoids direct contact between dust and the filter, reducing dust accumulation on the filter mesh, solves the problem of clogged cores, and enhances work efficiency.
7) Filter Cleaning Method: Optional automatic electric cleaning or reverse-blowing. If equipped with an automatic scraper cleaning filter core, the machine is set to power on and start the scraper at the factory, with the scraper operating for 30 seconds to clean the dust from the filter, then stopping for 100 seconds before running for another 30 seconds, repeating this cycle for automatic filter cleaning. The time can also be adjusted according to the actual working conditions. Alternatively, a pressure-activated release system can be used for reverse-blowing and dust cleaning of the filter.

9) The dust collector is made of stainless steel, and it features a separate collection bucket. Users can easily clean the waste inside by simply removing the separate bucket; the dust collector has a capacity of 100L.
10) The bucket adapter features a teardrop connector, which rotates 360 degrees to prevent the hose from kinking. Removal is a breeze by simply lifting the black spring clip.
