A storage type stud welding machine can weld studs, internal thread studs, rivets, and similar components to metal workpieces. During the welding process, the stored energy capacitor discharges through discharge at the component tip, with a discharge time of 0.001-0.003 seconds. No gas or ceramic ring protection is required, with a weld penetration depth of about 0.1MM. This method is suitable for thin plates thicker than 0.4MM, with no weld seams on the surface and no indentation, discoloration, or deformation on the back, and is ideal for applications requiring decorative surface finishes. The ratio of plate thickness to stud diameter is less than 1:10.

Operated with an internationally advanced rotary control method and microcomputer control, the voltage adjustment reaches up to 1V. Microcomputer-controlled temperature detection, with automatic shutdown protection for overheating, optimized for areas with significant voltage fluctuations, passed EMC testing, high-voltage testing, prevents repeated welding, implements temperature monitoring for the internal transformer section, and automatically shuts down the equipment when the internal temperature is too high.
