Polyurethane sieve plate
Excellent wear resistance and long service life; its wear resistance is 3 to 5 times that of steel sieve plates, and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plates.
2. Low maintenance workload, polyurethane screen plates are not easy to be damaged, with a long service life, thus significantly reducing maintenance volume and downtime losses.
3. Total costs are low, despite the initial investment for polyurethane sieve plates (same specification/surface area) being approximately twice that of stainless steel sieve plates. However, due to the polyurethane sieve plates' lifespan being 3 to 5 times longer than stainless steel plates, and with fewer maintenance and replacement needs, the overall cost is not high and is economically sound.
4. Excellent moisture resistance, allowing operation under water-based conditions. In media such as water and oil, the friction coefficient between polyurethane and the material is reduced, facilitating better screening and increasing efficiency. It also prevents the adhesion of moist particles, and with the reduced friction coefficient, wear is minimized, extending the product's lifespan.
5. Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, odorless and tasteless.
6. Due to the rational design of the sieve holes and the manufacturing process of the sieve plate, limited-size particles will not block the sieve holes.
7. Excellent vibration damping and noise reduction capabilities, which can minimize noise and prevent the materials on the sieve from breaking during vibration.
8. Due to the characteristic of secondary vibration of polyurethane, polyurethane sieve plates have an automatic cleaning function, thus achieving high screening efficiency.
9. Energy-saving and reduced consumption; polyurethane has a lower density, much lighter than steel screens of the same size, thereby reducing the sieve machine's load, saving electricity, and extending the sieve machine's lifespan.
