Fiber-reinforced flexible hoses are named for their inner fiber wires. Also known as ribbed pipes or woven pipes, they are mainly used in industries with high requirements for food, cosmetics, and the like.
Structure: Core - Polyurethane (PU); Reinforcement Layer - Fiberglass Woven; Outer Skin - Polyurethane (PU).
Fiberglass-reinforced hoses are divided into two types: fiberglass-reinforced polyurethane hoses and fiberglass-reinforced nylon hoses.
Fiber-Reinforced Polyurethane Hose (XPU)
Features: Smooth surface, small bending radius
Performance: High strength, high modulus, high elasticity, tear and solvent resistance, oil resistance, and climate resistance, combining the properties of rubber and plastic. Its outer diameter, bending radius, and weight are 1/2 to 1/3 of the same-purpose inner diameter rubber tube, highly convenient for process design and manual installation.
Application: High-pressure and low-pressure hoses are primarily used for high-pressure hoses, brake fluid lines on machine tools, automobiles, construction machinery, motorcycles, and pneumatic instrument lines in industrial automatic control for industries such as oil, chemicals, and smelting, etc.
Fiberglass-Reinforced Nylon Hose (XPA)
Structure: Core: Nylon (XPA) Reinforcement Layer: Woven Fiber Sheath: Polyurethane (PU)
Features: Smooth surface, small bending radius
Performance: High strength, high modulus, high elasticity, tear-resistant, solvent-resistant, oil-resistant, and weather-resistant, with a combination of rubber and plastic properties. Its outer diameter, bending radius, and weight are 1/2 to 1/3 of the same-purpose inner diameter rubber tube, making it highly convenient for process design and manual installation.
Application: High and low-pressure hoses are mainly used for high-pressure hoses, brake fluid lines on machine tools, automobiles, construction machinery, motorcycles, and pneumatic instrument lines in industrial automatic control such as oil, chemical, and smelting industries, etc.
