Gold Mining Processing Equipment Introduction:



Current mainstream rock gold ore beneficiation technology: generally involves crushing with a jaw crusher, followed by ball milling for further crushing. Then, the concentrate and tailings are extracted through gravity and flotation methods. The concentrate is then processed chemically and refined to produce finished gold. Jaw crushers are commonly used for coarse crushing, cone crushers for medium crushing, and cone crushers or double-roll crushers for fine crushing. Small and medium-sized gold beneficiation plants typically adopt a two-stage closed-circuit crushing process, while large-scale plants use a three-stage closed-circuit crushing process. To increase yield and equipment utilization coefficients, beneficiation plants generally follow the principle of more crushing and less grinding, reducing the particle size of the ore fed into the mill.

When the water flow descends, it creates an intake, allowing dense but fine-grained minerals to enter the lower layer through the bed gaps.



2. Shaking Table Gold Separation: The shaking table gold separation method is a gold selection process primarily utilizing a shaking table as the main equipment. The shaking table is a mineral separation device operating in a horizontal medium flow, consisting of a bed surface and a transmission mechanism, which drives the longitudinal reciprocating motion. During the reciprocating movement of the bed surface, the separation of minerals on the shaking table gradually takes place.

Principle: Apart from its own gravity, the main factors promoting the movement of mineral particles are the upflow and bed surface differential motion. During the movement process, the effects of vertical stratification of minerals perpendicular to the bed surface and parallel separation along the bed surface are significant. The result of these two actions is the discharge of different mineral particles from different intervals of the bed surface. The shaker can be divided into coarse sand beds(>0.5mm), fine sand bed (0.5~0.074mm), and clay bed (0.074~0.037mm).



3. Sluice Box Gold Separation: Sluice box gold separation is an ancient and still-used gravity separation method. The main equipment for sluicing gold is the sluice box. A sluice box is a narrow inclined trough made of wood (or steel) with an inclination angle of 3°~4° (not exceeding 14°~16°). The gold industry can manufacture it locally.

The sorting principle is: As the pulp flows from the head of the tank to the tailings chute, it undergoes a separation process due to the combined forces of water flow, gravity of mineral particles (or centrifugal force), and friction between the particles and the tank bottom. Different densities of mineral particles are dispersed and layered, with the denser particles settling at the bottom as concentrate and the lighter particles as tailings. The tailings chute operates intermittently; when the concentrate at the bottom accumulates to a certain height, mining is halted, and the concentrate is cleared.

Chute types include coarse sand chutes and slurry chutes. The former is suitable for handling coarse-grained materials, while the latter is for fine-grained materials.

Coarse grain chute is the main equipment for gold sand ore beneficiation, widely used on land and gold mining vessels. Large chutes on land are generallyAbout 15 meters, gold mining ships usually range from 4 to 6 meters.



4. Spiral Gravity Separator Gold Selection Method: The spiral gravity separator gold selection method is a sloping chute mineral processing equipment that utilizes the combined effects of gravity, friction, centrifugal force, and water flow to separate mineral particles by proportion, particle size, and shape. Its characteristic is that the entire chute is vertically bent into a spiral shape.

The sorting process involves the slurry flowing downward in a spiral pattern along the chute, with larger particles having lower density distributed at the outer edge of the spiral groove and finer particles with higher density at the inner edge. The heavy products after sorting are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the inner groove, while the light products are discharged at the end of the spiral groove.

The spiral concentrator has a simple structure, easy to manufacture, without a transmission mechanism, and no power source; its drawback is the selectionMaterials with veins over 6mm and under 0.05mm, including flat-veined materials, have poorer effects.
