Pressed floor construction process:

1. After the concrete is properly spread on-site, it is vibrated and leveled. Then, a color intensifier (dry powder) is evenly sprinkled on the concrete surface, creating a colored layer of approximately 3mm. Using professional tools, the intensifier is blended into the concrete surface, ensuring a seamless integration, and the surface is then polished.

2. Begin evenly sprinkling (colored) demolding powder as the surface starts to solidify but has not yet hardened.

3. Mold the surface with the selected rubber mold to finish the surface pattern treatment.

4. After 4-7 days of maintenance, perform an acid wash on the floor surface; remove the color of the demolding powder from the protruding parts, and complete the surface color treatment.

5. Apply a clear protective coating to the surface for anti-pollution, anti-slip treatment, and sealing reinforcement of the cement pressed flooring. At this point, the concrete base has fully cured into one with the colored reinforced surface layer, and its surface strength and wear resistance are three times higher than that of ordinary concrete.

A specialized tool is then used to blend the colored reinforcing agents with the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and sheen have vanished, a uniform application of colored demolding and curing agent is applied, followed immediately by pressing a pre-selected mold onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors.
