Three-gas incubators simulate the growth environment for microorganisms, tissues, and cells, providing stable temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, and oxygen concentrations. They are used in cell and tissue culture, as well as the propagation and cultivation of certain special microorganisms. This equipment is typically equipped withThe IR sensor detects CO₂ concentration, the electrochemical sensor monitors O₂ concentration, and the micro-ventilation system ensures uniformity and stability of the internal temperature, humidity, and gas concentration, with a quick recovery rate. The temperature control range is typically between Rt+3℃ and 60℃, with fluctuations up to ±0.2℃. Some models also integrate UV sterilization for maintaining cleanliness inside the chamber.

1. CO2 gas concentration detection uses an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor has no mechanical wear, rapid response time, high reliability, excellent stability, and a long service life.
2. The O2 concentration detection utilizes electrochemical oxygen sensors, offering good linearity and accuracy, a long lifespan, and fully meets the users' requirements.
3. All temperature detection uses imported PT100 resistance temperature sensors, offering stable performance and good linearity.
4When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8%, high purity N2 and CO2 gases are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 and O2 concentrations.
