Steel-plastic lined (tortoise shell lining - steel, mesh, plastic integrated) is the essence of the steel-plastic composite product series. It employs a special rotational molding process, where steel mesh (tortoise shell) is welded to the surface of the steel body, using pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) as the raw material. The process integrates steel plates, steel mesh (tortoise shell), and polyethylene into a single entity through rotational molding.
Steel-lined plastic products typically consist of the barrel body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level opening flange. Bedroom steel-lined plastic tanks usually also include standard steel support brackets. These products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
The plastic lining of the steel-reinforced PE storage tank boasts features such as seamless joints, no leakage, non-toxicity, resistance to aging and impact, corrosion resistance, long lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards. It addresses the drawbacks of plastic-lined storage tanks, including poor rigidity, pressure resistance, and temperature resistance. The interior surface of the product is flat, smooth, and strong. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic plate transport tanks, steel-lined rubber transport tanks, and steel-lined fiberglass transport tanks, it offers superior corrosion resistance, non-leakage, non-peeling, wear resistance, pressure resistance, high-temperature resistance, and extended lifespan. Moreover, its price is lower than that of conventional storage tanks of the same specification. The product has mature technology and excellent performance, making it an ideal transportation container for corrosive liquids.
