Operating Principle:

This machine is composed of several major parts, including a crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, and fan. It utilizes the relative motion between the movable and fixed tooth disks to crush the material through impacts, friction, and mutual impacts of the materials. The crushed material is then drawn into the cyclone separator by the centrifugal force of the rotating separator and fan. Afterward, it passes through a shut-off fan, where the dust enters the pulse dust collector. It is filtered through a filter tube and recycled; the fineness of the crushed material is adjusted using a sieve. The entire machine is designed according to GMP standards, made entirely of stainless steel, and there is no dust飞扬 during the production process.
