Principle
The machine operates with a three-dimensional space movement of the mixer, rotating simultaneously while orbiting. The mixer has a strong turbulent action, accelerating the flow and diffusion of materials, and also features inversion and translation movements to counteract the effect of centrifugal force, preventing density segregation and clumping. It ensures thorough mixing without any dead spots.
Features
• The blender features three-dimensional movement, enabling materials to undergo flow, shearing, translation, and diffusion, transforming from clumped to dispersed states and completing the intermixing process. This ensures uniform material blending with a uniformity reaching above 99.9%. In a standard blender, materials only perform simple separation and combination movements within the container, resulting in low efficiency and poor mixing quality.
• The container's effective loading rate reaches 80%, with a short mixing time and high efficiency (only 40% for regular mixers).
• Low machine height, no special requirements for the factory, reducing capital investment.
• The mixing drum and transmission section can be installed through a wall, facilitating the achievement of GMP requirements.
• The SYH-2 hybrid mixer allows for easy mixing of variously shaped containers within the mixing drum, offering convenient operation.
