Product Overview

The GPS-CDS-SP8 is a GPS/Beidou signal amplifier and monitoring device with 8 input ports and 8 output ports. The dual input interface connects two GPS receiving antennas, and the output ports provide GPS signals to 8 ports simultaneously. After setting the IP in the GNSS signal system management terminal, the software can display the power status of each port, the number of visible GPS satellites and C/No value, as well as the number of visible Beidou satellites and C/No value.

GBC-ID-PS8 evenly distributes the signal received by the active GPS/Beidou receiving antenna among 8 output channels for GPS/Beidou receiving equipment. With a gain of 30dB and two antenna options available, it ensures system integrity. In this application scenario, GPS-CDS-SP8 can configure its output ports to pass DC, powering the active GPS/Beidou antennas connected to the input ports. The other output ports will have a 200 Ohm DC load to simulate the DC loss of any receiver antennas connected to these ports.

The GPS-CDS-SP8 supports dual 48V DC and 12V DC inputs. An alarm will be triggered if one or both of the 48V power lines are disconnected while powered by dual 48V sources. No alarm will sound if the power is disconnected while using the 12V power source.

In the case of dual power supply, if one power line is disconnected, the equipment will trigger an alarm.)
