Tonnage bag manufacturing process
Bulk bags are made from polypropylene, mixed with a small amount of stabilizing additives, melted and extruded into plastic film by an extruder, cut into filaments, then stretched to form high-strength, low-elongation PP monofilament. This monofilament is then woven and coated to create the base fabric for plastic burlap, which is sewn with straps and other accessories to produce ton bags.

Caution for Ton Bags Usage:
Do not stand under the container bag during lifting operations.
2. Please hang the hook on the designated area of the sling or rope, avoid tilting the container bag by hanging it diagonally or by single-sided or tilted pulling.
3. Avoid friction, snagging, or collision with other items during handling, especially with the cargo bags.
Do not pull the straps outward in a reverse direction.
5. When using a forklift to handle bulk bags, please avoid the forks coming into contact with or piercing the bag body to prevent puncturing the bag.
6. During handling in the workshop, try to use pallets instead of hanging the FCL bags with hooks, which can sway and move while being carried.
Keep the bulk bags upright during loading, unloading, and stacking.
Do not stand the bulk bags upright.
9. Do not drag the bulk bags on the ground or concrete.
10. When storage outside is unavoidable, the FIBC should be placed on shelves and must be covered with opaque tarpaulin to ensure it is securely covered.
11. After use, wrap the container bag with paper or opaque tarpaulin and store it in a well-ventilated area.
