Tonnage bag manufacturing process
Jute bags are made primarily from polypropylene, with a small amount of stabilizing additives uniformly mixed. After being melted and extruded into plastic film by an extruder, the film is cut into fibers, stretched, and then heat-set to form high-strength, low-elongation PP primary fibers. These fibers are then woven and coated to create the base fabric for plastic burlap. The base fabric is subsequently sewn with accessories like slings to produce ton bags.
