Material and Composition: Greening nonwoven fabric is formed by directly forming fibers from high molecular fragments, short fibers, or long filaments through air flow or mechanical means, then reinforced by hydroentanglement, needlepunching, or hot rolling, and finally processed into nonwoven fabric. According to composition, green nonwoven fabric can be divided into various types such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, spandex, acrylic, etc. Among them, polypropylene is one of the commonly used raw materials for making green nonwoven fabric, due to its light weight, non-toxic and non-irritating properties, and chemical resistance.
