The advantages of using injection molding machine T-slot

1. The mold screw holes on the injection molding machine have a distance, making it impossible to ensure the mold and posing a high risk of mold falling. Moreover, replacing the mold also results in a significant loss of time.

2. Due to the ease of wear on bolt holes, they require continuous re-machining, causing much inconvenience. However, machining a one-time T-slot can last until the machine is scrapped.

3. When using T-slot, the screws can move freely within the T-slot, completely eliminating the risk of the mold falling, and can reduce the mold change time by over 3 hours. (Replacing a set of molds with a T-slot takes only 30 to 50 minutes.)

5. The T-type machining machine does not require template disassembly and can be processed directly in its original state.

A small mold change under 200T can save 2 hours, while a mold change for 200T and above can save 3-4 hours.
