Detailed Introduction of JWZ Sludge Remover
Sewage Scrapper, a type of sediment removal equipment. Components: The scrapper is composed of a gantry crane, scraper, skimming plate, driving unit, and automatic control cabinet. The main types of scrapper include central drive and peripheral drive scrapper. The central drive scrapper mainly consists of a working bridge, transmission unit, flow stabilizing cylinder, drive shaft, scraper arm, and scraper plate. The machine features a fixed platform spanning the pond, with the entire machine's load acting at the center of the working bridge during operation; wastewater is evenly distributed around the pond through the central flow stabilizing cylinder. As the flow area increases, the flow rate decreases, causing the settled sludge in the wastewater to settle at the bottom of the pond. The scrapper collects the settled sludge into a central sediment pit and uses water pressure to discharge it through the sludge pipe. The scrapper reducer uses worm gear transmission, ensuring smooth operation and high transmission torque, with a reasonable structure applied on the scrapper.
