The GCWU worm gear reducer consists of two stages of transmission: the high-speed stage is equipped with cylindrical gears, and the low-speed stage with arc cylindrical worm gears. It can be categorized into three structural types based on the orientation of the low-speed worm: bottom-mounted worm, side-mounted worm, and top-mounted worm. It boasts high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, large transmission ratio, and compact structure. It is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemicals, construction, building materials, and light industry.
Operating Conditions: Input shaft speed not exceeding 1500 r/min; operating environment temperature of -40 to 40°C, lubricating oil must be heated above 0°C prior to start-up when the operating environment temperature is below 0°C, or use low freezing point lubricating oil; the reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
