SCWU Type Axial Mount Worm Gear Reducer

Overview

Shaft-mounted Arc Cylindrical Worm Gear Reducers (JB/T6387 - 1992) are directly mounted on the main shaft of the working machine, including the SCWU, SCWS, and SCWO series. They are primarily used for减速transmission in machinery and equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemicals, construction, and other fields.

Job Conditions: The reducer worm shaft speed should not exceed 1500 r/min; operating environment temperature is -40 to 40°C, and the lubricating oil must be heated above 0°C before startup when the operating environment temperature is below 0°C; the reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.

The machine has a single-stage structure and includes the following four models:

SCWU Type - Worm in Worm Gear Under Type

(2) SCWS Type - Worm in side of worm gear type

(4) SCWV1 Type — Worm shaft in vertical orientation
