Introduction:
This instrument is primarily used for measuring the filtration flow rate and total filtration volume of a liquid subjected to a certain pressure as it passes through a specific filter membrane over time., Capillary shear tests can also be conducted. The filtration factor is an empirical constant used to measure the uniformity of polymer solutions.

Utilize a weight flow meter to measure filtrate flow and total volume, enhancing measurement accuracy.
Micro, silent air compressors are used for the gas source.
Independent design rock core holder, easy to install and operate.
Can independently achieve sand filling tube simulation experiments, etc.
Can be used for custom high borosilicate sand chips and other experiments.

The main control unit of the measuring device employs an AVR (microprocessor). The dedicated control system allows for independent control and measurement of the four measuring units, featuring constant filtering pressure control and protection for open sample containers.
The measuring device's main unit communicates with the PC via USB interface, operates dedicated control and measurement software under WINDOWS, and can separately control and collect data from four measurement units.
Real-time display of time-flow and time-total curves. Capable of printing time-flow and time-total curves, with the filter factor marked.
