Operating Principle of Equipment:

Utilizing the heat bonding principle, the feeding and collection of the sealing film are driven by a variable-speed motor and gear set, enabling automatic feeding and collection of the film. When the photoelectric switch of the sealing film detects a signal (sealing film marker) and the photoelectric switch of the bottle detects a bottle, the heat sealing head is actuated by a cylinder to press the sealing film against the bottle mouth. After the heat sealing time reaches the set sealing duration, the heat sealing head automatically rises, completing the automatic sealing process.
