Two-in-one hammer mill: Large pieces of material, upon entering the machine, are struck by the hammers while also being obstructed by the material separator, reducing the contact area between material and hammers and preventing the sudden clogging of the rotor. After impact, large pieces are thrown up in the crushing chamber, forming self-punching, while fine powder material spills out or falls through the straight sieve plate. Small pieces fall into the fine crushing chamber, struck again by the hammers to form finer material, and finally discharged from the curved sieve plate.

The two-in-one hammer crusher fully utilizes the "two-in-one" crushing mechanism of coarse and fine crushing, as well as the self-collision mechanism of material with material. During the coarse material crushing process, it maximizes the impact crushing principle and increases the material rotation speed, causing self-collision among materials, significantly enhancing the crushing efficiency. It also separates the finished material from the crushing chamber in a timely manner, preventing fine material from affecting the crushing of large particles, thus fully realizing the optimal crushing efficiency. In the fine crushing chamber, the material is forcedly crushed and milled through the gap between the hammer head face and the sieve plate, ensuring the particle size of the discharge material.
