Extractor tank structure and technology, combining steel and plastic, welds the steel mesh onto the surface of the steel body. Made from polyethylene, it is formed in one piece on the steel surface using rotational molding techniques. It is an extremely corrosion-resistant product. It is highly customizable according to customer requirements and comes in various shapes, including square and round. It boasts good strength and corrosion resistance, with the key feature of no leakage. The structure being outer steel and inner plastic, the exterior is typically coated with paint for protection, but for companies with high corrosion resistance requirements, three coats of anti-corrosion paint or epoxy resin paint can be applied, although this increases costs. Steel-lined plastic storage tanks are generally divided into vertical and horizontal types. The tank top is usually conical or flanged. The tank bottom is assembled from steel plates, with the central steel plate being the mid-section plate and the surrounding plates being the edge plates. The edge plates can be either strip plates or bow-shaped plates. The foundation construction of steel-lined plastic storage tanks must be carried out according to the standards for steel storage tanks.
