A power mixer is a non-stagnant power mixing and dispersing equipment. It features a unique mixing mechanism with a stationary feeding drum; the dispersing disk and agitator achieve both circular and planetary motion, with adjustable speed. This causes the material to undergo complex movements, experiencing intense shearing and kneading, ensuring thorough dispersion and mixing without any dead spots. An automatic scraper mechanism is designed inside the reactor to scrape down material adhering to the vessel walls for continued mixing. The equipment is uniquely sealed, allowing for pressure or vacuum to remove bubbles. Operating Principle:
This machine, during operation, features a multi-directional rotation action of the mixing drum, which accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process. At the same time, it avoids the phenomenon of material segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force in general mixers, ensuring a thorough mix with no dead spots, and effectively guarantees the high quality of the mixed materials.
Structure: The machine consists of a base, transmission system, electrical control system, multi-directional movement mechanism, and a mixing drum, among other components. The mixing drum, which comes into direct contact with the material, is made of stainless steel and both the inner and outer walls are mirror-polished.

Features:
The drum of the EYH two-dimensional motion mixer can perform two movements simultaneously: one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swinging of the drum with the swing frame. As the material is rotated, flipped, and mixed inside the drum, it also undergoes a back-and-forth blending motion due to the drum's swinging.
